We must remember as leaders we are always so close to disaster, but how we manage to beat the odds is what makes us superior. But we also must remember the mistakes other companies and leaders have made so we don’t end up like them. At that point we become better and become role models. As leaders we must also remember that we are no different or better than our team we are equal. In the future I plan to help the community and be the best leader that I can be.
