Structure
Fair and well organized, people must understand what happens when rules are broken because we have to be role models. We cannot fall victim to temptation or misconception. We will show that we offer businesses a way to fix their organizations for the better.

Culture
We do not discriminate, anyone is welcome as long as they prove loyalty. We will judge them based off of their loyalty and honesty, if they don’t show themselves worthy we must discontinue their employment with us. We are sending a message to the world that falling victim to a broken system can and will be changed. We will demonstrate how everyone can still and will work together for causes that benefit society.

Management Style

We must make sure everyone is held accountable for their actions, mistakes may be made but if you do something that is against our guidelines you must be relieved of your position. We do not have time to waste on people who are pretending to make a difference. There will be various leaders who you can go to for help. But there will of course be one true leader(CEO) who over sees them all.
 

Job Scope

Making the culture comfortable for everyone as well as fair for everyone. That also allows the public to be involved on certain occasions. Making sure companies we do business understand our passion and appreciation for change.
